Ledingham Properties has been involved in property management for over 20 years.
We manage single family homes, condominiums, multiplexes, and
apartment complexes, any type of residential dwelling. We don't sell real
estate, managing your residential property is our one and only priority.
Our goal is to satisfy both parties of the landlord/tenant relationship. Our
owners/clients can count on an aggressive marketing effort, strict rental
standards, quality maintenance, efficient accounting and effortless communication.

steps to satisfy their needs during the term of the lease.
We aggressively market your property in a variety of ways. Many of them at
no cost to you. Our marketing process begins when a 30 day notice is received
to keep vacancy time to a minimum.
We require a detailed application from each adult. A credit and background
check is completed and if the results meet our requirements we verify
all addresses and talk to owners about previous tenancies. We will also
verify employment and income levels. No applicant will be approved until
all questions are answered to our satisfaction.
We keep very clean records of all income and expenses and provide them to
owners monthly with financial statements and a management report. Owner's
funds are maintained in separate bank accounts and invoices are paid in
accordance with the spending authority the owner establishes. We collect
monthly rents and pursue collection and eviction efforts when needed.
Response to Owners and Tenants
We recognize that responding to the needs of owners and residences is extremely
important. We make every effort to respond to phone calls and service
requests in an efficient and timely manner. We maintain an effective after-hour
response system so we can be reached after business hours for emergencies.
